Refund Policy
This website does not provide instant online checkout. Any ride
confirmation amount or advance payment, if requested, is handled
separately through direct booking communication.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of booking, time of
cancellation, and whether vehicle allocation or trip-related
costs have already been incurred.
If a booking is cancelled by us and no service has been provided,
eligible advance payments are generally refunded after internal
verification. If a customer cancels at the last minute or after
the cab has been assigned, deductions may apply.
