Current Booking Model

The website currently works as a ride enquiry and booking request platform. It does not provide instant online checkout on the page itself. If an advance amount or confirmation amount is requested, it is handled separately during direct booking communication with our team.

When a Refund May Be Available

  • If we cancel a confirmed booking before service begins and no trip has been provided.
  • If an advance was collected but the requested service could not be arranged due to our operational inability.
  • If payment duplication or a verified over-collection issue is identified during review.

When Deductions May Apply

  • Late cancellation after driver assignment or dispatch preparation.
  • Cancellation after route-specific costs, permits, waiting coordination, or operational effort have already been incurred.
  • Failure to respond, no-show situations, or major last-minute plan changes after booking confirmation.

The extent of any deduction depends on the actual stage of preparation, route, and costs already committed for the service.

Refund Review Process

Step 1 Share booking details, date, route, and contact number used for the request.
Step 2 Internal verification is done to confirm payment and booking stage.
Step 3 Eligible amount, if any, is communicated after review.
Step 4 Refund processing, if approved, is completed through the suitable channel used during booking coordination.
